For turning operation use LMW CNC turning center which is well known for its durability & accuracy. On this machine we start our first operation for accuracy. Turning capacity of O.D 315mm & Maximum turning length 500mm.

We have two vmc of make bharat werner fritz limited (BFW) for vertical & various machining. One is Vayu. Vayu have forth axis for machine from any angle & other is Agani. Agani comes with palate changer system.

NZA REISHAURE GEAR GRINDING MACHINE its limits are MAX WORK DIA300 mm, MAX FACE WIDTH 170 mm, BETWEEN CENTER MAX 420 mm, MAX NUMBER OF TEETH 130 nos, MIN NUMBER OF TEETH 12 nos, MAX MODULE 5, MIN MODULE 0.5, MAX WEIGHT (with clamping means) 40 Kg.

We have two horizontal broaching machine. One is LAPOINTE USA Broaching Machine ( 18 Ton). Another is HMT RW-5 Broaching Machine ( 5 Ton).
